Sound Bath

90 Minute Somatic Sound Bath

Be guided through gentle somatic movement and breath techniques that will assist in restoring healthy nervous system function and stress reduction. As we move into sound meditation, gently lie back into a reclined rest and drift into vibrational sound that will be accompanied with Crystal singing bowls, Hand Drums, Gong, and chimes. Vibrational sound helps to release layers of stagnant energy in the body and aids in deep restoration of our entire body system.

Breathwork

Somatic Breathwork

Somatic Breathwork is a safe and supported space for you to listen, feel and become present within your body. Somatic Breathwork pairs guided circular breath techniques with rhythmic vibrational music to assist in a somatic release. This release may create movement of expression as the body explores stuck emotions.

Yoga

Yin Yoga

Step into a sanctuary of serenity where you are wholeheartedly invited to slow down and embrace the art of simply being. In this class, your nervous system is granted the deep reset it craves, creating a space for tranquility and restoration. This gentle duration works by restoring length and space to ligaments and connective tissue that may have become constricted over time. Beyond the physical, Yin is a practice of introspection supported by intentional and mindful breathing.
