"Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Lindsay is a journey into knowledge, self-love, healing, giving, and receiving. I walked away from the 20 hours of invaluable education with numerous ways to support and guide students through yin as a practice, as well as a new sense of how to hold space for people when they might be at their most vulnerable. I learned to listen to the messages our body gives us, while embracing yin as a way to let the body help and heal itself. Lindsay excels at creating a container that leaves everyone involved feeling welcome, seen, heard, and valued, while giving us as teachers guidance on how to provide that for our own students. The trauma aware portion of the training will be something I carry with me for the rest of my life - on and off the mat. I highly recommend this training for any and all yogis who wish to educate themselves about the transformative healing practice of yin"

Meet your Teacher

Lindsay Hess

Experienced Certified Yoga Teacher

Lindsay is a trauma aware yoga teacher and specializes in Yin yoga in Northern Colorado. She is passionate about guiding her students on an inward journey through this practice. Lindsay blends together the traditional teachings of Yin with other somatic practices to help students ease into their yoga practice.

"I found Yin early on in my career as a teacher and over the years have created my own style of teaching. I want to help people come back to safety in their own body. Yin asks us to sit in stillness, and within that stillness a lot can come up for students. I hold space for whatever comes up, to be felt without judgement. A space for students to explore themSELVES. I help students learn and identify their boundaries and integrate their practice on and off the mat."
