Sound Baths

During this 90 minute special event, you will be guided through gentle somatic movement and breath techniques that will assist in restoring healthy nervous system function and stress reduction. As we move into sound meditation, gently lie back into a reclined rest and drift into vibrational sound that will be accompanied with Crystal singing bowls, Hand Drums, Gong, and chimes. 

 Settle into this deeper consciousness to cultivate greater self awareness and wellbeing. Vibrational sound helps to release layers of stagnant energy in the body and aids in deep restoration of our entire body system. Mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets are provided.

Feel free to bring any additional comfort accessories you may enjoy.

How to prepare for a Sound Bath:
1. Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay down on
2. If you would like, bring a pillow or eye mask
3. Arrive early to give yourself plenty of time to get set up

(doors will close promptly at the starting time)
4. Wear comfortable clothing 
5. Come with an open heart and open mind
