Beginner/Intermediate Classes

Yin Yoga

This slow, deep tissue opening, restorative class will allow your body to soften and your mind to still. During this 75 minute session we will be utilizing provided props to get our body fully supported in these postures. Some postures may be held for up to 5 minutes.

 Mindful Movement

This class starts with slow, gentle movements as we become present in our body. Postures help us let go of stress and tension to make room for focus and flexibility. We begin to draw awareness from the body to a more inward state as we are guided through a relaxing meditation to finish this class. Elements of Yoga Nidra are incorporated to this meditation. During this guided relaxation we will connect mind, body and emotions. You will lie in a comfortable posture where you will remain awake and relaxed. All levels are welcome. No previous experience needed. This is a great class to become more familiar with yoga and meditation or to add to your current practice.


Gentle Yoga

This class is a beautiful mix of gentle movement and relaxation. Here you are provided a safe, non-competitive environment that welcomes all levels of yoga practitioners. This is a great class for those looking for a soft and slow paced practice.

Deep Restorative

Allow the body and mind to relax during this slow, restorative class. This is a gentle class with the aid of props like blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters. Slow down, relax, and release the mind chatter with postures that are held anywhere from 5-15 minutes. By being fully supported with our props we are able fully let go of any tension in the body. This class supports all levels. No prior experience is required. This class can also be great for those recovering from injury. Come pamper yourself with this deep restorative practice.

Intermediate/Advanced Classes

Slow Flow

This class connects yoga posture with breath and fluid movement for a well rounded flow practice. Pranayama (breath work), seated warm ups, core engagement, balance, and inversions are incorporated to this practice.


This class combines elements of Vinyasa  as we flow, moving with the breath throughout postures. Strength, core conditioning and inversions will be incorporated into this practice. 

Ayurveda Infused Ashtanga

Elements of Ayurveda fused with a vinyasa flow.
