This class meets near Windsor Lake in the museum courtyard at Boardwalk Park. Please bring your own props or purchase some from us. 

Recommended props: yoga mat, yoga blanket, 2 blocks, strap. 

*Props will be for sale on site.

Private Yoga Classes

These are 60 minutes classes focused on your personal goals. Whether you are seeking strength, spirituality or peace of mind, each session is catered to you. Classes can be held on site, outdoors, or in your home. Private sessions are open for 1-4 participants. In person or virtual options available.

Class Descriptions

Yin Yoga

In this class, we will explore deep stretch and fascial release with the use of Yin poses. This class is designed to help release tension in the fascia, reduce tightness, strengthen joints, and improve mobility in the body. 

 

Gentle Yoga

This class is a beautiful mix of gentle movement and relaxation. Here you are provided a safe, non-competitive environment that welcomes all levels of yoga practitioners. This is a great class for those looking for a soft and slow paced practice.

Slow Flow

This class connects yoga posture with breath and fluid movement for a well rounded flow practice. Pranayama (breath work), seated warm ups, core engagement, balance, and inversions are incorporated to this practice. Elements of Hatha and Vinyasa are weaved into this class.
