Teacher Training

August 25th 2021 - March 22nd 2022 (7 Month Program)

The 300hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is available to those who have already completed their 200hr certification. This training will take your yoga teaching skills and abilities to the next level. Topics in this training will include but not limited to strategic class planning, sequencing and delivery; gaining a deeper understanding of student safety and how to best promote it utilizing effective cueing; and the Art and Science of adaptable yoga teaching.

You’ll gain the skills necessary to plan and teach amazing yoga classes. Theme-weaving, advanced yoga philosophy, Sanskrit, advanced Pranayama and Asana, and yogic business planning are just a few of the topics covered.

Training Schedule

General Information

When:

Wednesdays 6pm-9pm
Every third weekend Saturday/Sunday 9am - 6pm beginning August 28th.
No Wednesday classes on Thanksgiving week. No classes December 16th- January 4th.

Where:

Wanderlotus Yoga & Wellness
115 5th Street, Windsor, CO
Centrally located in Downtown Windsor; right next to Lake Windsor. Outdoor sessions held at Boardwalk Park (weather permitting).

Flexible Scheduling:

For Exploratory Classes, Apprenticeship, and Practicums; We'll work 1:1 to schedule with facilitators.

Retreat:

This training includes an overnight retreat.
Retreat location and dates: TBD (within a 40-mile radius of Windsor).

Registration:

Fill out the RYT-200 Registration Application.
A maximum of 12 participants will be accepted to the program.
Online Hybrid Virtual option available ($500 discount applied).

Tuition:

RYT200 Certification Course:

$3,400 (early bird) $3,700 (after January 1st) , minimum deposit of $450 (non-refundable) is required upon registration.

Required Reading Materials:

Reading materials will be provided through HYS for $75 (available to you on the first day of training).
