Infrared Sauna Sessions
Our infrared sauna heats to 140 degrees and includes a chromotherapy light. Saunas have numerous health and longevity benefits. The most common uses are to aid in muscle recovery after a heavy workout, to soothe musculoskeletal pain such as arthritis, joint stiffness or general aches and pains, and to boost the immune system.
Sessions are between 30 and 60 minutes and should always be followed with rest and plenty of water.
